As a rule while we have functionality to allow our customers to generate content using AI we do not use AI ourselves to create our software, source code, websites or utilities.

We may use AI to generate test data either for demonstration purposes (such as generating test stock records) or for placeholder images.
We provide facilities for our customers to use AI to generate product descriptions and remove backgrounds from images.
We do currently use AI for the voiceover on our YouTube videos, our Parakeet VOIP telephone system default announcements and prompts and our Parakeet VOIP telephone system voicemail and call dictation service.
