We will provide a recommendation tailored specifically to your needs whilst providing you with the best value. If you should need slightly more of anything a price plan provides the calculator will suggest using add-ons if this is better value for you than the next price plan up.
We don’t want to block your company from growing, so FUSE does not prevent you from exceeding the limits of your price plan. You will receive an email notifying you that you have used 90% of your monthly allowance. If you go over, we do not automatically move you to the next price plan, but we may contact you to make sure you are on the most effective package. You can contact us at any time to discuss changing your price plan.
We also understand that in the run up to Christmas that many of our customer are likely to be busier. To cover you at this time of year we provide an additional buffer on the allowance of orders you can receive.
FUSE will allow you to have a unlimited number of registered users. A set amount of these users will be able to use FUSE simultaneously according to your selected plan.
Yes. You can upload your products directly into FUSE from eBay. All you will need to do then is categorise them. You can also upload products from your own website in CSV format.
Certainly, give us a call and we can discuss how we can help you move from your existing platform to ours. If you are still commited to another provider we may also be able look at giving you a reduced price for the rest of your contract to ease the cost of migration.

FUSE Technical Questions

When you have successfully signed up for FUSE you will be asked to download the FUSE installer file. Once this is saved to your computer double click on the file and FUSE will automatically be installed. When opening FUSE you will need to enter the same login details you used on our website and then your good to go.

Payment Questions

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Direct Debit for customers in the United Kingdom paying monthly
  • VISA, MasterCard and American Express paying monthly or yearly
  • PayPal for customers purchasing a yearly plan
Price plans are based on a daily number of orders, and your average is worked out over thirty days. Usage for products is based on the number of products you have in FUSE. Your usage for channels / marketplaces is based on the number of channels you have connected to FUSE at any one time. For example, the Silver Plan allows up to 100 orders per day from two marketplaces and 1250 products.
You can contact us at any time to discuss your price plan, and we can help you choose the best plan based on your usage. Any changes will be applied the next payment month.
Yes, we want to support charities and would be pleased to offer a discount. Please contact us with your registered charity number for a quote.
There is no minimum contract period. We charge on a monthly or yearly basis and you are entitled cancel at any time, however we are unable to refund any money paid if you stop using the service during the payment period. If you choose to cancel, your access to FUSE will last until the end of the period that you have paid for. You can export data in CSV format, and we will hold data for one month after your subscription ends in case you need to download it again.
No, we do not charge any initial set-up fees or costs on our plans. FUSE is designed so that you can set it up and import your data yourself. We may agree a fee with you if you require us to do this for you, but please contact us to discuss your requirements.
No, we only charge the monthly upfront price to use the service. Some multi-channel software companies will take a small percentage of the profits or GMV (gross merchandise value) put through their system, but Live Softworks does not.
After first setting up a Direct Debit it will take approximately six working days to be debited from your account. The following month we will request your payment on the day that you signed up. If this day were to fall on a weekend or bank holiday the request will made the next working day. If there is not another working day in the month the Direct Debit will be requested on the last working day of that month.

Data Protection

We understand that data protection is one of the most important aspects of your business, and we have a very rigorous protection scheme to make sure your data is secure.

There are various stages to the protection of your data. While using the FUSE client you are connected to our servers using 256 bit SSL encryption, so all data transferred to and from our servers is completely secure.

When we perform a backup of data, all backups are encrypted and are stored on completely encrypted hard drives to add an extra layer of protection.

Yes, we backup all of your data at regular intervals. We do an incremental backup every hour, and do a full system wide backup every day. All data on these backups are encrypted using industry standard encryption methods (see How is my data protected? above).
No, we will not sell or rent your data, use it for marketing purposes or ever contact your customers directly. Your customer data is securely held on our servers using industry standard encryption methods (see How is my data protected? above).
